This policy is formulated in accordance with the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003 of Sri Lanka and applies to all purchases made through www.only.lk.
ONLY.LK does not offer cash refunds.
All eligible after-sales requests will be resolved through product repair or product exchange only, subject to the conditions outlined below.
This policy does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under Sri Lankan law in cases where goods are proven to be defective, damaged, or unfit for their intended purpose.
Customers must notify ONLY.LK within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a repair or exchange.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Be in original condition and packaging
Have all original tags and labels intact
Be returned with the original invoice
Items failing to meet these conditions may be rejected.
Exchanges are permitted only for items of equal or higher value.
Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Only one exchange request per order is allowed.
Handling Charges:
Rs. 300 Per kilogram – Colombo District
Rs. 350 Per kilogram – Other Districts
Where applicable, ONLY.LK may offer repair instead of exchange, depending on the nature of the issue and product category.
Repair timelines may vary and will be communicated upon inspection.
Any visible physical damage or manufacturing defect must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
Customers are required to inspect items at the time of receipt.
If damage is detected:
Do not accept the item from the courier
Return it immediately
Contact ONLY.LK Customer Support with photographic or video evidence
Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim unless mandated by law.
In accordance with hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or repair unless defective:
Innerwear, underwear, and undergarments
Swimwear
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
ONLY.LK reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of website terms.
For non-defective returns, the customer shall bear the return courier charges.
Exchange handling charges apply as stated above.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by ONLY.LK.
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Proof of dispatch must be retained.
Items damaged during return transit may be rejected.
ONLY.LK requires 5–7 business days to inspect returned items and determine eligibility for repair or exchange.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability and technical assessment.
This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
In the event of a conflict between this policy and applicable Sri Lankan law, the provisions of the law shall prevail.
Decisions taken by ONLY.LK in accordance with this policy and applicable law shall be final.
